Adding WWTS to Intelio’s current network of carwash distributors will provide our customers with the most extensive service coverage in the Industry.  Intelio will also be establishing regional parts depots and extended hardware warranties to provide our customers with the tools to keep their systems performing!  Over the next 90 days Intelio will be rolling out the following service offerings:
  • On-site Service in Every US Zip Code: WWTS’ 1,900 US-based field technicians plus our existing distributors’ technicians will allow us to provide next day on-site service to every zip code in the United States.
  • 5 Parts Depots Across United States: Intelio will stock parts in “5 parts depots” strategically located in the United States to ensure parts are available to keep your car wash operating at peak performance.
  • Extended Hardware Warranties:  In addition to on-site service, we will be offering extended “no fault” hardware warranties allowing customers to insure themselves against damage, vandalism and even Mother Nature for $150/month.

The ActiVA Virtual Attendant has pushed car wash entry systems into the realm of ATM machines and point-of-sale systems requiring knowledge of computers, networking and data security.  WWTS supports hundreds of ATM machines and self-check-out systems every day and are equipped to remedy complex issues for our current and future ActiVA customers!



The “coin box” has matured to a point where it requires a completely separate knowledge base; that quite frankly is beyond the skill level of your average carwash technician. While Intelio will continue to support and provide training to help carwash repair men master these digital technologies, today’s announcement will allow us to separate entry system support from carwash service whenever appropriate.
