WashMax Overview

The WashMAX System (modules) monitors your carwash operations 24/7/365. The real time web-based dash board gives you pertinent information immediately on both your car wash and activation unit, thus allowing you to quickly identify and manage through any problems, issues or abnormalities. It also provides a 'scorecard' of key performance indicators to help you further understand and thus optimize your business.

The WashMAX system is based on a series of standalone software modules, all designed to fully integrate with each other.

WashMax Manage - An Intelio Software Module that provides business metrics and financial accounting for the car wash.

WashMax Maintain- An Intelio Software Module that
provides uptime management reporting and error code dispatching

WashMax Monitor – An Intelio DVR-based Module that provides uptime management reporting and error code dispatching, eliminates the “invisible downtime”.

  • Unique capability to search video by car wash transaction
  • Observe and validate damage claims

 WashMax Merchandise- An Intelio Software Module
that provides the ability to sell car wash codes at either the gas pump or C Store. This module uses Ryko's Code-A-Wash IV POS interface. It is compatible with all major point of sale platforms. This bundle includes both a printer to issue codes inside the store.

Intelio Infrastructure

The WashMax toolset leverages the Internet to present the operator with real-time information via web pages, email and SMS alerts.It also allows the operator to scale the WashMax customized marketing and management processes across multiple car wash sites.
